Olympus Geography

How GCSE and A-Level Geography is really marked, and how we help

Geography exams reward more than knowing facts. Marks go to students who can apply what they know to the question and write in the way examiners are trained to reward.

The Olympus method

  • Know It

Secure, exam board specific knowledge, case studies and key terms, learnt in the right order.

  • Show It

Applying that knowledge to unfamiliar questions, figures and data, in the form the question asks for.

  • Score It

Writing answers the way mark schemes reward them, with a clear structure, evaluation and a supported conclusion, practised and marked by examiners.

Olympus Geography's Blueprint programmes turn Geography knowledge into top exam answers. Students learn live each week in small groups matched to their exact exam board, taught by expert tutors, with an examiner marked assessment every month and a report for parents. Every programme is designed by founder Freya Ruparel, a Cambridge Geography graduate who placed 3rd for Team UK at the International Geography Olympiad.
